MsPsGFree is coming for your health! Our Granola is packaged in 10oz pouches, and has three delicious flavors. We add no processed sugars to our granola, sweeten them with organic liquid stevia and honey. Harvest Blend was made for our wonderful customers and consumers who cannot consume tree nuts. One of our relatives is highly allergic to tree nuts and wanted a safe snack that is both healthy and delicious, so our Harvest Blend was the 2nd Granola flavor in our line.

MsPsGFree is named in honor of our shero and mom, Mrs. Youlas Patterson-Brown, affectionately know as MsP. The year our founder Lisa Marsh was diagnosed as needing to be gluten-free was the same year that MsP. passed away. Who better to recognize than the mom who raised six of us bad kids on the southside of Chicago with little money, but lots of love. MsP told her children that we could become anything we put our minds to so Lisa after serving 27 years in Federal law enforcement founded MsPsGFree Inc in December of 2015, worked both in law enforcement and in MsPsGFree for two years then transitioned to MsPsGFree full time in January 2018.

MsPsGFree Inc produces delicious, nutritious and healthy gluten-free snack foods, with a current concentration on our gluten-free granola that is sold in Whole Foods Markets and Mariano’s locations Chicago wide. MsPsGFree is also sold on Amazon and on our ecommerce website at www.mspsglutenfree.com. MsPsGFree focuses on females who are between the ages of 35-70, who are mostly women of color and those looking to snack healthier, move more, and live longer. These ladies are usually married or not, may or may not have children but have a desire to take care of themselves to be around to see future generations thrive and grow. These wonderful women have a median income over 50,000, and usually take Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and or other courses to improve and maintain their health, and the health of their family.

We provide guidance to these wonderful consumers by being a great partner to retail establishments such as Whole Foods Markets, Mariano’s, Nourish and Bloom, the Go Green Community Fresh Market and others. We believe in healthy clean eating, moving more and living longer and encourage our customers to join in our beliefs.
